We're going to do just that in this 60-minute workshop.

You'll learn what EFT Tapping is, how it works, and why so many people turn to it when they feel trapped in patterns of stress, reactivity, and survival mode.

Years ago, I was living in a constant state of fight-or-flight and hypervigilance. I struggled with chronic back pain for more than 25 years, and I never turned "off." I desperately needed relief.
