Meet Shannon

Hi, I’m Shannon - a devoted solo mom to an intuitive son whose life-threatening food allergies, severe eczema, and sensitivities shaped much of my journey. In his first three years, he endured multiple emergency room visits with sirens and EpiPens. I poured myself into healing him, all while navigating the unraveling of a 10+ year marriage, my own health challenges, and the weight of living in a constant state of fight-or-flight.

When I discovered EFT Tapping, everything began to shift. Within months, 25 years of chronic back pain dissolved, my anxiety eased, and I no longer lived at the mercy of my nervous system. For the first time, I felt calm, safe, and empowered in my own body.

Why I Do It

That transformation changed my life and opened my heart to a new purpose. I knew I was meant to help others experience the same peace, clarity, and emotional freedom that I had found through this work.

Today, as a Trauma-Informed Advanced EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Somatic Energy Healer, I help individuals release stress, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner strength. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with deep compassion and intuitive care.
